If you follow us on Instagram, you know we're not super active with posting video content consistently. We still want to address certain topics that come up for our athletes, so we figure starting a blog would be the easiest way to get this content out.
The goal with this blog is to cover topics more in depth than we would be able to do with an Instagram post. From anecdotal advice to literature reviews, we'll go over anything and everything powerlifting related as we move forward. Some of these topics might be with newbie powerlifters in mind, some of them might be for more experienced level lifters. Coach Mikey and Gabby will both be contributing to this blog, so you'll get to have TWO coach/athlete perspectives as we select topics and write about them.
It's important to keep in mind that everything written here is purely for us to use as a coaching tool for our athletes. Some of these posts will be helpful and some might not be helpful for each individual. The sport of powerlifting is extremely nuanced, so each individual will likely have different needs from others. Keep that in mind as you read each post.
